According to recent filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the SNB held 6.24 million shares of the data analytics company at the end of 2025. This investment is part of a broader 725 billion Swiss franc ($922 billion) foreign currency portfolio managed by the bank. The delegation from the United States argued that the company's contracts with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to develop surveillance systems conflict with the central bank's investment guidelines.
