Lukoil reports 1.06 trillion rouble net loss for 2025
Lukoil posted a 1.06 trillion rouble loss for 2025 as annual revenue fell to 3.8 trillion roubles. The board recommended a dividend of 278 roubles per share.
The Russian oil major PJSC Lukoil has reported a substantial net loss for the 2025 fiscal year, totaling 1.06 trillion roubles ($12.42 billion). This figure represents a major shift from the previous year when the company, headquartered in Russia, posted a net income of 851.5 billion roubles. Revenue for the company also experienced a contraction, falling to 3.8 trillion roubles in 2025 from 4.4 trillion roubles in 2024. Despite the negative bottom line, Lukoil's board of directors has recommended a dividend of 278 roubles ($3.26) per share for its investors. The financial results were issued on Friday, with conversions based on an exchange rate of 85.35 roubles to the dollar.
