KKCG Maritime raises Ferretti bid to 203.3 million euros
KKCG Maritime has increased its offer to 3.90 euros per share to acquire a 15.4% stake in the Italian yacht maker. This final bid follows a previous rejection.
The investment firm KKCG Maritime, based in the Czech Republic, has announced a higher voluntary offer to expand its ownership in the Italy-based yacht manufacturer FERRETTI SPA. The updated bid is now valued at 203.3 million euros ($234.55 million), as the firm aims to secure a more influential position in the company’s strategic development.
The revised offer of 3.90 euros per share values the luxury shipbuilder at 1.32 billion euros. This price represents a 2.7% premium over the most recent closing price and a 35.1% premium relative to the price before the offer period began. KKCG Maritime is looking to purchase up to 52.1 million shares, which would account for approximately 15.4% of the company's share capital.
