CZannounced on January 19, 2026, that it has launched a partial voluntary offer to significantly increase its holding in the Italian luxury yacht manufacturer Ferretti S.p.A. . The group, led by founder Karel Komarek karel komarek, is seeking to raise its current stake from 14.5 percent to approximately 30 percent. The offer is priced at 3.50 euros per share, valuing the company at 1.18 billion euros and representing a 21.3 percent premium over the closing price recorded on December 11.
The investment group currently maintains its interest in the shipbuilder through its KKCG Maritime subsidiary. By targeting a stake just below the 30 percent threshold, the company specifically aims to avoid triggering mandatory full takeover requirements mandated by regulations in IT
