KK Mart Retail Bhd, the operator of the KK Super Mart convenience chain, has filed a draft prospectus for an initial public offering on Bursa Malaysia, according to documents submitted to the Securities Commission Malaysia. In a report from Singapore, the company's primary operations are highlighted across Malaysia, where it currently manages a network of 996 retail outlets.
