JPMORGAN CHASE & CO and two major lenders from Kuwait have joined a $6 billion financing syndicate to support the acquisition of a stake in the crude oil pipeline network of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC). According to sources familiar with the matter, these institutions are joining HSBC HOLDINGS PLC in providing the necessary capital for prospective buyers.
