Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. has unveiled its new 2026–2029 strategic plan today, committing to grow its annual net profit to more than €11.5 billion by the end of the period. This ambitious target represents a planned increase in net income of almost a quarter compared to the bank's 2025 performance. Over the course of the four-year strategy, the lender intends to return approximately €50 billion to its investors through a combination of dividends and share buybacks.
