Infosys Acquires Two US Tech Firms for 560 Million Dollars
Indian IT firm Infosys will acquire US-based Optimum Healthcare IT and Stratus for 560 million dollars. Both all-cash deals were announced today in a new filing.
Infosys Limited, a major IT services provider based in India, announced on Wednesday that it has entered into agreements to acquire two technology companies in the United States. The acquisitions, totaling $560 million, will be completed as all-cash transactions.

The company disclosed in a stock exchange filing that it will purchase healthcare consulting firm Optimum Healthcare IT for $465 million. Additionally, Infosys will acquire Stratus, an insurance technology firm, for $95 million. These strategic investments are intended to strengthen the firm's industry-specific capabilities in the North American market.
