India and the United States will begin three days of trade negotiations on Tuesday to finalize a pact involving a 10% blanket tariff. Talks follow the U.S. Supreme Court striking down previous trade measures and a subsequent Section 301 investigation into Indian practices. A deal would secure preferential market access for Indian exporters against regional manufacturing rivals like Bangladesh and Pakistan.
