The state-run Hindustan Petroleum Corp has issued a rare tender seeking a tanker to load liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from Russia, according to a document seen on Monday. This procurement effort comes as India faces its most severe LPG supply crisis in decades, prompting state refiners to seek more diversified sources for cooking gas.
