Honeywell International Inc. anticipates that the ongoing conflict in the Middle East could impact its first-quarter revenue by high-single-digit percentages. CEO Vimal Kapur provided this outlook during the BofA Securities Global Industrials Conference on Tuesday, characterizing the disruptions as a tactical timing issue rather than a shift in market demand.

Kapur noted that any delays in revenue recognition would not affect the company's broader financial goals for the current or upcoming years.

"If something due in March shows up in April or May, it still wont change our guide for the year or for that matter, the next year," Kapur said.

Despite the short-term headwinds, the company is maintaining its 2026 forecast, with expected sales ranging from $38.8 billion to $39.8 billion. Honeywell also projects an adjusted profit per share between $10.35 and $10.65 for the 2026 fiscal year. Since the start of the conflict more than two weeks ago, the company's shares have experienced a decline of approximately 3.7%.
