Finance leaders from the Group of Seven nations have issued a call for urgent action to contain the economic damage resulting from the escalating conflict in the Middle East. During discussions held on the sidelines of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group spring meetings in Washington, finance ministers and central bank governors stressed that limiting the war's cost to the global economy is a top priority.
