The United States Federal Aviation Administration ordered SpaceX to investigate a May 22 booster mishap involving its $15 billion Starship launch system. The probe follows a failed controlled landing of the Super Heavy booster in the Gulf of Mexico. Starship is the primary cash engine for SpaceX's Starlink business and future lunar missions.
