Exor, the investment vehicle of the Agnelli family based in Italy, has announced expectations to generate approximately $2.32 billion (2 billion euros) through the divestment of stakes in four major companies this year. The firm confirmed it has finalized agreements to sell holdings in truck and bus manufacturer IVECO GROUP NV, media organization GEDI, healthcare provider Lifenet, and the investment vehicle NUO.
