The European Commission has unveiled a proposal for a new corporate legal form, dubbed "EU Inc," designed to allow businesses to register within 48 hours and operate under a unified framework across the European Union. This initiative aims to bolster the bloc's competitiveness and narrow the innovation gap with the United States, where many European entrepreneurs currently relocate to benefit from a more integrated market and simplified corporate laws.
