ENI SPA is working with MORGAN STANLEY to raise at least €1B by selling stakes in its floating liquefied natural gas assets. The Italy-based group has asked investment firms including APOLLO GLOBAL MANAGEMENT INC, KKR & CO INC, and Stonepeak for the capital injection. The deal would accelerate Eni's satellite model strategy, freeing up capital for a $7B expansion in Mozambique.
