Fintech dLocal Reports 87 Percent Growth in Q4 Profit
Uruguayan payments firm dLocal reported a net profit of 55.6 million dollars for the final quarter of 2025 on Wednesday. The results beat analyst estimates.
DLocal Limited reported a significant surge in its fourth-quarter financial results for 2025, driven by expanding margins and strong performance across emerging markets. The payments provider, which holds the distinction of being the first unicorn from Uruguay, posted a net profit of $55.6 million. This figure represents an 87% increase compared to the same period the previous year and exceeded the $52.4 million consensus estimate from analysts polled by LSEG.
Revenue for the quarter climbed 65% to reach $337.9 million, also surpassing market expectations. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 38% to $78.4 million. The company attributed these gains to improved operating leverage and a disciplined approach to cost management.
