DHL Express Europe, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL, has confirmed that it will proceed with its investment strategy in the Middle East despite the ongoing conflict in Iran. The company views the region as a critical component of its long-term growth and operational strategy.

Mike Parra, the Chief Executive of the unit, reaffirmed the company's commitment on Thursday, emphasizing the strategic importance of the territory.
"The region has a key role for the company in the long run."
DHL has announced a capital allocation of more than 500 million euros ($577 million) for the region through 2030. These investments are specifically focused on enhancing its presence and capabilities within Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. This long-term commitment underscores the firm's confidence in the resilience of these markets despite broader geopolitical challenges.
