Delton Technology Plans 423 Million Dollar HK Share Sale
The Shenzhen-listed circuit board maker is offering 46 million shares at a maximum price of 71.88 Hong Kong dollars. Trading is expected to begin on March 20.
Delton Technology (Guangzhou), a printed circuit board manufacturer listed in China on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, is seeking to raise up to HK$3.31 billion ($422.99 million) through a secondary listing in Hong Kong. According to an exchange filing released on Thursday, the company is offering 46 million H shares at a maximum price of HK$71.88 per share. Final pricing for the listing is scheduled for March 19, with the shares set to begin trading the following day.
The offering from Delton Technology comes as a string of companies move to list in the region following the Lunar New Year break, extending a brisk start to share launches in 2026. The local stock market has logged its strongest start to a year since 2021, with initial public offerings and secondary listings raising about $5.5 billion in January. This represents the highest for the month since $7.6 billion was raised in January 2021, according to data compiled by LSEG.
