Li stated that the nation's competitive advantages are rooted in deepening reform and innovation rather than subsidies or protectionism. He attributed the country's economic strength to the hard work of its people and businesses. To foster balanced trade, the Premier announced plans to increase imports of high-quality foreign goods and expand the global trade pie through international cooperation.
