China positioned itself as a stable and predictable economic force during the annual China Development Forum (CDF) in Beijing. Addressing global corporate executives, leaders of the world’s second-largest economy emphasized their role as a global anchor amidst significant geopolitical flux and international uncertainty. Analysts noted that the tone at this year’s forum was markedly more confident than in recent years, shifting away from post-pandemic recovery themes toward innovation and strategic collaboration.
