Canal Plus shares reach record high as company targets over four hundred million euros in MultiChoice synergies

Canal+ S.A. shares jumped approximately 14% to a record high on Thursday after the media group announced it expects to achieve more than €400 million in annual cost savings following its acquisition of MultiChoice Group Limited . The French company is targeting over €150 million in annual savings in 2026 and up to €400 million starting in 2030. These figures are calculated against an estimated combined 2025 cost baseline of around €8 billion for the integrated operations.
