The governments of Spain, Brazil, and Mexico have formally pledged to enhance coordinated aid efforts for Cuba to address a deepening humanitarian crisis. In a joint declaration issued on Saturday, the three nations attributed the current hardships on the island to the ongoing economic blockade maintained by the United States.
