Bayer proposes 7.25 billion dollar plan to settle Roundup cancer claims
Bayer filed a proposal today to resolve claims that its Roundup weedkiller causes cancer. This plan establishes a long-term program funded over 21 years total.

US totaling as much as $7.25 billion. The filing was submitted to the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, with the intention of resolving current and future claims that its Roundup (weedkiller) caused Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This proposal is designed to address the majority of cases currently pending in U.S. state and federal courts.
