The company’s stock has struggled significantly, falling about 33% year-to-date following a 61% drop in 2025. That previous decline coincided with the exit of former CEO Dietmar Siemssen, who left the firm after a series of profit warnings. To address the situation, the company has hired a second auditing firm to review its accounting practices and revenue recognition for the 2024 and 2025 periods. Management noted that the results of this external review will likely impact the company’s financial outlook for 2025.
