The Alliance for Automotive Innovation backed a United States proposal on June 3 to delay vehicle pollution enforcement by two years. The trade group, representing GENERAL MOTORS CO, TOYOTA MOTOR CORP, VOLKSWAGEN AG, FORD MOTOR CO, STELLANTIS NV, and HYUNDAI MOTOR CO, requested a faster rewrite of long-term standards.
