Authentic Brands Group Targets IPO and 50 Billion Revenue
CEO Jamie Salter says the company could exceed 50 billion dollars in sales this year. The group is also preparing for an initial public offering soon.
Authentic Brands Group CEO Jamie Salter said the retailer will attempt an IPO soon as revenue tracks toward $50 billion by the end of 2026. The group expects $38 billion in 2026 sales, outperforming its five-year growth timeline. A successful listing would test investor appetite for a portfolio spanning Brooks Brothers to kids' entertainment.
Salter told Reuters Tuesday that AI-driven business development is accelerating the deal-making pace. Authentic Brands Group owns labels including Dockers and Brooks Brothers. The company is expanding its M&A strategy to include hospitality and kids' entertainment brands.
