An Amsterdam court has rejected a legal bid by the Italian state lender Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) to block the reappointment of Fabrizio Testa as the chief executive of the Milan Stock Exchange. The ruling, delivered in the Netherlands, clears a path for the pan-European exchange operator EURONEXT NV to move forward with the leadership term ahead of its shareholder meeting on May 20.
