Amazon.com, Inc. is reportedly targeting a massive bond sale between $37 billion and $42 billion, according to sources familiar with the matter. This significant capital raise is intended to support the company's extensive investment in artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The offering consists of bonds denominated in both U.S. dollars and euros. According to a recent regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Amazon Web Services parent is marketing high-grade debt in the United States across as many as 11 tranches. Amazon did not immediately respond to inquiries regarding the specifics of the sale.
