The rail infrastructure specialist ALSTOM has announced a downward revision of its financial targets for the 2026/27 fiscal year. The company now expects an adjusted earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) margin of 6.5%, a significant reduction from its previous guidance range of 8% to 10%. This adjustment comes as the group, headquartered in France, reported preliminary full-year results showing an adjusted EBIT margin of approximately 6%, falling short of its earlier 7% objective.
