A2 MILK CO LTD shares fell 13.8% to NZ$7.67 after the New Zealand producer recalled 63,078 tins of infant formula in the United States. The stock reached its lowest level since mid-July 2025 on Monday morning following the detection of cereulide toxin in three batches of a2 Platinum. While the recall is limited to the U.S., it threatens brand reputation in China, which generates nearly 70% of revenue.
