YouTube, a subsidiary of ALPHABET INC-CL A, has implemented its first subscription price increase in the United States in three years. The adjustments, which affect several service tiers, are scheduled to take effect starting with the next billing cycle as the platform moves to address rising content and operating costs.

The family plan is seeing a $4 increase, bringing the new monthly rate to $26.99.
