Ukraine launched drone strikes on an oil export terminal in St Petersburg on Wednesday morning, disrupting energy infrastructure and causing over 30 flight cancellations. The attack targeted the home city of President Vladimir Putin hours before his annual economic forum began. This strike demonstrates Kyiv's expanded range to hit high-value assets deep within Russia.
