Naftogaz reached a preliminary agreement to restructure €1.2 billion ($1.4 billion) in bonds to extend maturities until 2032 and 2033. The deal covers debt originally due in July and November 2028, providing liquidity as Russia continues to target energy infrastructure. This extension allows the state firm to redirect capital toward critical repairs and gas imports ahead of the winter season.
