UBER TECHNOLOGIES INC raised its stake in Germany-based DELIVERY HERO SE to nearly 37% from 25% following a stake purchase from Aspex Management. The transaction comes as Uber prepares a renewed takeover bid for the food delivery firm after an initial €33-per-share offer on Saturday. Two people familiar with the matter said Uber is working on a new bid to take the company over.
