The USUS Supreme Court has not yet ruled on a case challenging the legality of sweeping tariffs implemented by the administration of President donald trump. USUS Trade Representative jamieson greer said the court is taking its time to rule on the case, noting that large revenues had been collected under the tariffs already in place.
