The presentation in Michigan follows a period of underperformance where shares hit an all-time low in March. The world's No. 4 automaker by sales is seeking a turnaround plan to address industrial inefficiencies and a $26 billion charge related to scaling back electric vehicle ambitions.
### Rebuilding the North American Core Filosa aims to fix the North American business to provide immediate value to the stock. Stellantis NV plans to focus funding on four core brands—Jeep, Ram, Peugeot, and Fiat—to prioritize higher-volume and higher-margin labels.
