Over the next five years, the company expects to bring approximately 2,000 support jobs to the Nashville area. Starbucks also plans to relocate some teams from Seattle to the new Nashville office to streamline regional operations.

The announcement comes ahead of the company's second-quarter financial results, which are expected on April 28. The Nashville investment marks a significant step in the brand's efforts to decentralize its corporate support functions and strengthen its footprint in the Southeast.
