Spirax Group Forecasts Higher Sales Growth for 2026
The British manufacturer expects mid-single-digit organic revenue growth this year as trading in China improves. Shares rose 4% following the announcement.
The United Kingdom-based manufacturing firm Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc announced on Tuesday its financial outlook for 2026, projecting mid-single-digit organic revenue growth. This forecast is driven by an expected acceleration in the company's steam thermal division, which remains its largest business segment. Management noted that the positive trend is supported by stabilizing industrial markets globally.
A significant contributor to this growth is the improving trade environment in China. As trading conditions in the region recover, Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc anticipates increased demand for its thermal energy management solutions. The company highlighted that the recovery in the Chinese market is a key factor in achieving its revenue acceleration goals.
