SpaceX and Google sign multi-year cloud service deal
SpaceX has entered a multi-year cloud service agreement with Google for access to compute capacity including 110,000 Nvidia GPUs. Google will pay the space venture 920 million dollars per month from October 2026 through June 2029 as capacity ramps up.
ALPHABET INC-CL A will pay SpaceX $920 million per month for compute capacity under a multi-year cloud service agreement. The deal, disclosed in a regulatory filing on Friday evening, secures access to infrastructure through June 2029. This partnership provides SpaceX with massive compute resources to support its expanding operations.
SpaceX and ALPHABET INC-CL A structured the agreement to include a ramp-up period through September at a reduced fee. Full monthly payments of $920 million are scheduled to begin in October. The compute capacity provided under the contract includes approximately 110,000 NVIDIA CORP GPUs, CPUs, memory, and other related components.
