South Sudan President Salva Kiir dismissed his military chief and finance minister late Wednesday, replacing General Paul Nang and Salvatore Garang Mabiordit, who served as finance minister for less than three months. The reshuffle is the latest in frequent leadership changes within Kiir's government in recent years. These personnel shifts complicate implementation of the 2018 peace agreement reforms.
