PEPKOR HOLDINGS LTD grew half-year headline earnings 10.3% to 93.1 cents per share through March 31. The South Africa-based retailer benefited from recent acquisitions and a 41.6% surge in financial services revenue. Strong demand for discount clothing remains a defensive moat for Pepkor as consumer budgets tighten.
### Acquisitions Drive Revenue Expansion Group revenue rose 13.2% to 54.8 billion rand, supported by the integration of the Legit, Swagga, and Style fashion brands. Excluding these acquisitions, revenue growth stood at 8.5%. Operating profit increased 9.4% to 6.3 billion rand during the six-month period.
