South Africa will dispatch global envoys to address the fallout from recent xenophobic attacks targeting immigrants. President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the diplomatic mission on June 4 following bilateral talks in Pretoria. The initiative follows a spate of violent incidents directed at foreign nationals from other countries on the continent.
