Sonova Aims for 7.6 Billion Dollars in Revenue by 2031
The hearing aid maker expects annual sales growth of 5 to 10 percent. It aims to reach 6 billion Swiss francs in revenue by the 2030/31 financial year end.
The global hearing aid industry leader, SONOVA HOLDING AG-REG, has outlined a new strategic roadmap aimed at securing robust financial performance through the end of the decade. Headquartered in Switzerland, the company is adapting its operations to counter a slowing market and rising competitive threats under the direction of its recently appointed management team. In its latest medium-term guidance, the manufacturer projected that annual sales will grow at a rate of 5% to 10% in local currencies. These projections are part of a broader ambition to reach 6 billion Swiss francs, or roughly $7.6 billion, in total revenue by the 2030/31 financial year. Beyond top-line growth, Sonova is focusing on enhancing its profitability. The company expects its core operating profit to expand by 7% to 12% annually during this period. This outlook reflects the firm's efforts to streamline operations and leverage its scale as it faces a more challenging macroeconomic environment for medical devices.
