Singapore and Nasdaq have unveiled a dual-listing board for large firms. The project aims to streamline capital access and bolster market competitiveness by 2026.

The Singapore SGSGExchange and Nasdaq Inc have announced the creation of the Global Listing Board, a fast-track initiative for dual listings. Unveiled on November 19, the program is set to launch by mid-2026 and targets companies with a market valuation of at least S$2 billion, or approximately $1.55 billion. This initiative allows qualifying firms to prepare a single prospectus for simultaneous listing on both the SingaporeExchange and Nasdaq Inc, supported by a coordinated regulatory review process.
