Russian airstrikes on the power infrastructure in Ukraine UAUA have triggered prolonged electricity, water, and heating outages during the coldest winter of the four-year conflict. These ongoing strikes by Russia RURU have forced a significant number of small businesses (cafes, restaurants, beauty salons and similar firms) to either suspend operations or rely on expensive generators / alternative power sources, creating a measurable strain on the national economy.
