Russia energy major GAZPROM PJSC has completed its second delivery of Natural Gas from the Portovaya LNG plant to China following a period of sanctions-induced disruption, according to recent shipping data. The cargo was transported by the carrier Valera, which reached the Beihai LNG terminal on Wednesday after loading at the Baltic Sea facility in late January.
