EICHER MOTORS LTD unit Royal Enfield will invest 22 billion rupees ($232 million) to build a new manufacturing plant in India. The project marks the motorcycle maker's first major production expansion outside its traditional industrial hub in Tamil Nadu. The facility will add 900,000 units to current annual capacity of 1.46 million units.
