Rosneft-owned subsidiaries filed a new lawsuit against Germany over the state-ordered trusteeship of their majority stakes in the PCK Schwedt refinery on March 30. The legal challenge followed a February order establishing long-term government control over the Russia-linked oil units. The filing was made to meet a deadline in response to the German economy ministry's decision to place the units under trusteeship.
