Rheinmetall expects 2026 sales growth of up to 45 percent
The German defense firm expects 2026 sales between 14 billion and 14.5 billion euros. This outlook follows 2025 sales of 9.9 billion euros reported today.
The defense contractor Rheinmetall AG, headquartered in Germany, announced on Wednesday that it anticipates significant sales growth of 40% to 45% for the year 2026. This projection is consistent with the company's internal forecast of 14.1 billion euros ($16.41 billion). For the full 2026 fiscal year, the firm expects total sales to range between 14 billion and 14.5 billion euros ($16.29 billion to $16.88 billion), following reported 2025 sales of 9.9 billion euros. This updated guidance is notably higher than a preliminary outlook of approximately 13.6 billion euros previously provided to Berenberg analysts, a disclosure that had triggered a sharp decline in the company's stock price last month.
